About the Verified scheme
Expert Roofer Verified is a vetting scheme run by Expert Roofers. Every member has passed four checks: photographic ID verification of the business owner, confirmation of current public liability insurance, verification of genuine customer reviews on independent platforms, and evidence of at least ten years of roofing experience. Members are re-checked annually.
The rating consolidates each member's verified customer reviews from independent platforms such as Google, Checkatrade and TrustATrader into a single score out of five, weighted by review count. New members without an established review history are shown as rating pending rather than being given an unearned score.
