What "vetted" actually means

Plenty of directories will list any tradesperson who pays a subscription. We work differently. Before a roofing company can receive a single enquiry through Expert Roofers, we check:

Insurance: valid public liability cover is non-negotiable.
Company records: a real, traceable trading business, not a phone number and a van.
Recent work references: evidence of completed local jobs and customers willing to vouch for them.

The service is funded by the roofing companies, who pay us for the introductions. That fee never changes the price you are quoted, and our cost guides let you check every quote against fair market rates.
